My Story
Five years ago, I made a decision that changed everything - I stopped playing the victim in life’s challenges and chose to take back control. I began educating myself and shifting my energy from simply surviving to fully thriving. It wasn’t easy. I worked hard to heal my traumas, understand my patterns of codependency and people pleasing, and truly got to know myself.
Along the way, I became a certified Life and Wellness Coach, discovered the power of meditation, earned my Level 1 & 2 Reiki certifications, and went back to school to pursue a diploma in Aesthetics—all while working full-time and raising my two amazing daughters.
I genuinely believe we are all beautiful souls living a human experience. We have a responsibility to care for ourselves completely - mind, body, and soul - because true beauty begins within.
And it continues
We all have our traumas, our struggles, and our stories. These experiences shape us - but the real question is: Is this who I authentically am? And if not, what needs to change to move in the right direction?
I know what it feels like to lose yourself while living for others. But through my own journey - through healing, growth, and shifting my perspective - I learned that real happiness comes from a healed heart, a clear mind, and a healthy body.
That’s why I built this business from a deeply authentic place. It was important to me that I created something that supported the whole person - Mind, Body, and Soul. Because you can’t find peace with a restless mind or unhealed wounds. Through a combination of life experience, meditation practices, coaching, energy healing, and support for physical wellness, I help clients move through challenges, break through limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their sense of worth and power.
We are our own harshest critics - but when you learn to work with your ego instead of against it, when you begin to release fear, let go of resistance, and allow yourself to feel and heal, everything begins to shift. You start moving in a direction you never imagined, achieving things you once thought impossible.
It all starts with one choice: to come home to yourself.
